How I work

Think it through, build it small, check it properly.Every project runs on the same loop, whether it is a pricing model, a Shopify store or a new product. I use AI to move faster; I decide what is right.

					******sarang@studio ~ build# a normal day on a project

›Size the market and list the three questions that decide this.

Market sized from 4 sources. 1 figure could not be verified: flagged.

›Build the first version and test it at phone, laptop and desktop width.

✓Built, tested, ready for review.

Speed helps. Getting it *right* matters more.

					The loop

## Five steps, every time
					- 1Step 1

### Frame the question
What are we solving, for whom, and what does good look like in numbers?

- 2Step 2

### Gather evidence
Market, competitor and customer evidence, with every figure checked against its source.

- 3Step 3

### Plan in writing
A short spec or plan before any build, so everyone knows the target.

- 4Step 4

### Build in small rounds
Design and build in pieces small enough to review properly, with a working version early.

- 5Step 5

### Check, ship, measure
Every screen size, every link, accessibility and speed. Then it ships, and the numbers tell us what is next.

- Nothing unverified shipsClaims are checked against sources. If it cannot be checked, it does not go out.
					Questions

## People often ask
Do you use AI?Yes, as a specialist tool. I design AI-native workflows for research, drafting, design and code. They make me faster; they never replace my judgement, and every result is reviewed and tested before it ships.

What does a typical project look like?A clear brief and plan first, a working version early, then short rounds of improvement guided by numbers and feedback.

Can you bring this way of working to my team?Yes. I can show how I plan, research, review and test, and help set up workflows that fit your tools and your rules on data.
