What I did
- Delivered the GaiaBloom MVP in 10 weeks, using Figma prototypes and Hotjar data to refine the UX, and secured 6 pilot agreements.
- Coordinated UI/UX designers, engineering and curriculum teams in Trello to keep scope, budget and timeline on track.
- Researched the UK SEN EdTech market and buyer needs; the findings shaped pilot targeting and launch messaging.
