About me

Numbers first, then build the thing.

I am Sarang, an analyst and founder. I studied computer applications in India and international business at the University of Liverpool. Since 2021 I have worked on both sides of the table: starting and running e-commerce businesses, and analysing other people’s. I like the whole chain: the research, the spreadsheet, the customer and the product that ships.

  1. Question, data, decisionI start with the question the business actually has, find the numbers that answer it and end with a decision someone can act on.
  2. Operator, not only adviserI have run stores, sourced stock, set prices and handled the day-to-day operations. That keeps my analysis practical.

Most problems are not mysteries. They are questions nobody has measured yet.

1 / 2

I've had the pleasure of working closely with Sarang on course development projects, and he was an absolute asset to the team. From the start, Sarang was communicative, proactive, and always happy to help—whether it was refining a design, troubleshooting tech issues, or ensuring the final product was accessible and engaging for all learners.

He has that rare blend of technical skill and creative flair, with the ability to translate complex content into beautifully structured, inclusive course designs. Sarang consistently showed an eye for detail—spotting what was missing, checking in to ensure alignment, and always keeping us on the right track.

What I really appreciated was his openness to learning new tools and adapting to different roles as needed. He worked seamlessly across teams and was always willing to take on new challenges with a positive, solution-focused attitude.

Sarang is a fantastic addition to any team looking for someone versatile, thoughtful, and skilled across tech, design, and digital learning.
